Previously registered with us?
If you’ve previously registered with Legends⨁ but haven’t been to see us for 5 years then you will need to make a New Patient appointment if you wish to visit again.
We won’t be able to accept you on our patient list if it’s more than 7 years since you’ve been to see us.
Non Attendance
Due to the continuing increase in the amount of non attendance of appointments, all outstanding missed appointments or late cancellations of less than 24 hours must be settled before a new appointment can be booked. A fixed charge of £25 will be applied. We do not get paid if you don’t turn up and other people who could have had your appointment then have to wait. More than 2 instances in a 12 month period will mean we will unfortunately have to remove you from our patient list.
As from 2024 we have no longer offered free review appointments. These will be charged at £25 per 15 minute appointment. However, redressings following nail surgery will continue to be at no charge and other exceptions may apply at the clinician’s discretion.
